Each year the Faculty hosts a Learning & Teaching Forum focusing on current emerging topics of interest to Teaching within the Faculty. This event is usually held in October and is advertised on Faculty explode email lists.
Each year the Faculty hosts Learning and Teaching seminars and workshops; some schools also offer discipline specific workshops within their schools. Workshops are always being planned and information will be published on this webpage as it becomes available.
Each year the L&T Unit provides workshops for Peer Mentoring and Course Coordinators. Other workshops held over past years include:

- Assessment within the Practical/Clinical Teaching Environment.
- MCQs! Let Multiple Choice Questions take the work out of exams.
- How to get the most out of Audience Response Systems: Using clickers in large class teaching.
