Science communicators interact with and communicate science knowledge to a variety of audiences.

Their activities may include: communicating to school children and community groups, informing visitors at community centres and tourist attractions, liaising with other science-based organisations, and creating content for online mediums and physical distribution.

Science communicators are employed in community centres, museums, wildlife parks, botanical gardens, and government.
