The Parent-Child Research Clinic at UNSW is offering a FREE 7-week group parenting program called Helping Our Toddlers, Developing Our Children's Skills (HOT DOCS). The program is evidence-based, structured
and supportive.
 
You will learn to: 
 
  • Understand your child’s development and how children learn
  • Adjust your daily routines to create a more peaceful home
  • Trouble-shoot common challenges in parenting young children, including meal-time and bed-time battles, tantrums, and whinging
  • Use pro-active strategies to improve challenging behaviours
  • Feel less stressed and more competent as a parent

The program is suitable for ALL parents and caregivers of children aged between18 months and 5 years old (inclusive)

Cost: Free
 
Times: Tuesdays 6.30-8.30pm, 30th July to 10th Septemeber 2019
