Students should be able to administer most of their enrolment at the MyUNSW site. Additional forms needed for enrolment and other administrative matters, can be obtained below. Once completed, Science undergraduates should submit the form and relevant paperwork to the Science Student Centre:

Application to overload (PDF) (Click here)
Only students with good academic standing will be allowed to overload. Further, students who are in their final year of study can apply to overload, if they will not be able to complete all necessary subjects in order to graduate. Students can only overload a maximum of 6 UOC. When submitting the form, students will also need to provide a copy of their academic transcript/statement.
General Education Substitution (PDF) (Click here)
This form is for students who wish to apply to have a mainstream, non-science course substituted as general education. Students will need to be aware of the rules and requirments of general education, and will have to argue how the course meets the objectives of general education. This form needs to be submitted before the commencement of the course, and the course needs to be appoved by the program authority. A maximum of 6 UOC of mainstream courses may be substituted for General Education. For non-UNSW courses, students will also have to submit information on the course description, the hours of contact per week, assessment information and study mode, along with the General Education Substitution form.
Honours Enrolment Form (PDF) (Click here)
This form is for students who have applied to study honours and have been accepted to study honours from the relevant Science school. This form IS NOT for students applying to study honours. Applications for honours should be lodged with the appropriate School. Once students have received their honours offer letter in the mail (usually mid-Jan of the honours year of study), they will need to fill out the honours enrolment form, submit a copy of their academic transcript and a copy of the honours offer letter to the Science Student Centre.
Internal Program Transfer Request Form (PDF) (Click here)
This form is only for local science students who want to transfer to a science program that had a lower UAI cut-off to the program they are currently in. Students need to check with the Science Student Centre to determine whether they need to complete this form or complete a UAC application. International Students who wish to transfer programs will need to apply through Student Central.
Request for Change of Major/Minor (PDF) (Click here)
This form is for students studying B Science (3970) who have to either elect their major/minor, or who would like to change their major/minor. Students should ensure that they are following the proposed outline for their major/minor.
Timetable Clash Approval (PDF) (Click here)
This form is for science students who have a timetable clash. Approval must be obtained from the course authorities of both subjects of the clash. Once approval has been obtained from both course authorities, students will need to obtain program approval by submitting the completed timetable clash approval form to the Science Student Centre.
Application for Variation of Program (PDF) (Click here)
This form is for Science students who want to apply to vary the structure of their program, that is, substitute a subject required for their degree with a similar subject offered from the same school. Approval must be obtained from the program authority by submitting this form, along with a recommendation from the Head (or their nominee) of the School controlling the major or minor.
