Governance

The UNSW Science Advisory Council (SAC) is made up of science leaders in government, public service and industry.

The SAC lends their energy, experience and influence to pursuing UNSW Science’s vision of being recognised globally as a leading faculty renowned for its students and staff, teaching quality, relevance and innovation. The SAC acts as an invaluable source of advice, support and information to the Dean to carry out the faculty’s vision, recognising that business, government and management organisations are important stakeholders in our success as a leading Science institution.

SAC members commit to a program of active engagement with UNSW Science, based on the Council’s Terms of Reference.
